The SZMID UADS-PZ04 is a cutting-edge UAV defense system specifically engineered to counter the various security threats posed by unauthorized drones, often referred to as "black fly" UAVs. This advanced system integrates radio spectrum monitoring with a sophisticated navigation decoy mechanism, offering a dual-function approach to UAV detection and interference. The radio spectrum monitoring system passively intercepts communication signals between the UAV and its remote control, enabling precise detection and identification of drones entering the protected area. Upon identification, the navigation decoy system is activated, emitting low-power regenerated navigation satellite signals (with a power output not exceeding 10 dBm). This process disrupts the navigation systems of intruding drones, particularly those reliant on satellite navigation for flight control, effectively preventing them from penetrating the designated secure zone.
The UADS-PZ04 excels in its capability to deceive and misguide UAVs using passive detection methods, successfully targeting up to 99% of commercially available drones that rely on navigation systems. Designed for round-the-clock operation, the system functions in all weather conditions without the need for human intervention, ensuring uninterrupted airspace security.
